slave1pilot Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 I also saw that. He used to offer recast Sci-Fire MacroBinoculars before they asked him to stop. Quote
Smitty Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 Its like recasting a Ford Pinto. Considering the price of resin, you can get the real thing cheaper. Quote

WOW, I hate to admit I had a "73" Ford Pinto as a first car. What a chick magnet when your 17? Luckily I blew it up and had to buy a "77" Camaro. Quote
TK-1085[501st] Posted January 7, 2010 Report Posted January 7, 2010 Helmets are gettin harder and harder to get ahold of was only a matter of time. Quote
RogueTrooper[TK] Posted January 7, 2010 Report Posted January 7, 2010 Man, I can't believe it that ended at $52.usd, the resin in it probably cost more than that! http://cgi.ebay.com/Star-Wars-STORMTROOPER...=item27ae3196fb looks like someone is making a resin helmet, cast from the MRCE? brow, neck trim and all! TK8776 jgarrettg Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 That's just wrong. Next he'll be resin casting the Rubies. LOL! My first car was a 74 Ford Pinto. Yeah, what a chick magnet. LOL! Quote
TK6540UKG Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 That's just wrong. Next he'll be resin casting the Rubies. Might be worth sending him a message saying the Rubies is much more accurate... TBH, I can see why it's been recasted, considering the prices genuine MRCE's have sold for recently. Why he left the trim on I dunno, but went through the hassle of removing the mic tips. Quote
