What is the size of the D-Ring for the back endcap of the E11?

They have several sizes, caliber of wire, and even squared vs rounded corners.

I was looking at the 1.5 inch lightwire size, with rounded corners.

does this sound right?

These pics from Billhag should explain everything (hope he doesn't mind)

As you can see, it's indeed more of an "O-Ring".

*shameless plug*

If you look at my signature, there's a link where you can get highly accurate ones

i have an "o-ring" like the one picture above...i'm wondering if it's a pain to cut out a small piece of the metal ring so that it fits inside the Doopydoos resin piece without ever popping off.

It's quite easy to install without any cutting. Soldermaster did it on his HF with one of my rings:

I have attached Karin's D-Ring to my HF.

It's pretty easy to install. Just bend it with a pliers, drill a hole either all the way through your end cap lug thingy, or a hole on each side, insert D-ring, bend it back to shape and position. For my first D-ring, I think it looks nice!

Thanks again Karin!
