Three Screws on Stunt Helmet?

I was just reading the CRL requirements and it said ANH stunt helmets should have three screws on each side. I don't think I've ever seen a picture (from the movie) of a helmet with three screws per side. Can someone point me to one or some?

 

Wait - is the "third" screw the one way at the bottom of the ear cover?

Exactly. Two on the circular part of the ear cap (top and bottom) and one on the piece at the bottom of the inverted T.

 

Hero only has one screw at top of ear cap and the one at the bottom of the T. No second one on the top portion.
