Sgt JB Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 So I tried to figure out a way to attach my shoulder covers and allow them to still move around a little bit, but still be attached. What I did was to attach them with Velcro to the front, BUT I used e-6000 glue between the two pieces of velcro. This makes it a perminant attachment, however between the flex in the e-6000, and the velcro, there's still a good amount of movement in the straps, allowing for some movement, but still being firmly attached. Just thought I'd share, as I thought it was a good idea. The backs are free floating. I used a pair of white elastic hair ties I got from the Dollar Tree. Glued them to the inside of the back plate, and slid the straps under. They look really nice, and similar to the elastic tie downs used on screen. Cheers... TK-3914 out. Quote
