I just ordered a pre-made RT-mod helmet but I wanted to know if anyone has picture examples of ways to cut the teeth. I know I can make a special request.

I've seen teeth cut:

- slightly rounded going outside the frown

- slightly rounded inside the frown

- square to the edge of the frown

- square inside the frown

anyone have clear pictures?

I'd like mine slightly rounded but without a good picture that can be a vague way of asking for something.

I'd rather just point to a picture and say "that's what I want", you know?

Here is a close up of my CAP. I guess you could say I went for the squared look, right to the edges.

Hope that's helpful.

I'm not a fan of rounded gaps so I cut mine square. Most images I've seen from screen-used helmets are squared to the edge; especially ANH. ROTJ looks a little rounded. Here's an early image of my AP how mine are cut. Made the gaps a little bigger since then.
