I'm going to omit dimension's as lots of ppl have different type's of E-11 but there's often a ruler in the pic which may help out? Either way I suggest you make a paper/plastic sheet template based on your own gun, before cutting anything expensive, aslo depending on the thickness of the leather that can tend to throw any global "fixed" template measurments out. Firstly buy Some good leather mark out your base measurments Cut out your rectangle PS It's pic intensive but I'll leave the images supersized as it may be clearer to those following it? riveting Posted April 6, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 6, 2009 Using a back stich hand sew the thing together This hopefully give's the impresion of being sew on a machine??? & if done well enough ppl wont believe it's not It's hand sewn because asking a machine to sew through over six mil of leather is a very tall order or a very expensive machine.
