Guys,

I got this link from TK-409's site.

----------

I'm posting it here because I actually heard one of these last weekend at a troop. One of our Vaders uses these. We were at a Kidsfest at the local State Fairgrounds.

These things are 6 watts and they are the LOUDEST amps I have ever heard. The make the Norton look like cream cheese.

Our Vader was there, kids all over, parents all over, noise everywhere and even with my bucket on, I could still hear him just fine, and get this...He was only at about HALF VOLUME!

If you want an amp that can pump up the volume, this is it. Its a bit bulky but it will fit behind a chest plate just fine, comes with headset and lapel mics included, carry case and belt strap.

***DISCLAIMER***

I am not affiliated with this company in any way. I just know what I heard. :D

I think the key to that amp is the large speaker. Many of us troopers are using very tiny speakers and no matter how you drive them you are not gonna get a lot of sound out of them. Unfortunately none of us troopers could hide an amp/speaker combo like that in our armor. The sandies can in their backpack.
