joez2391 Posted October 10 Report Posted October 10 Hey guys! Long time park prop collector here. So... very random question... I have recently come across some decommissioned/retired Stormtrooper armor pieces from Star Wars Weekends in Disney's Hollywood Studios. Most pieces match exactly, but the lot included some "female" armor components seen here (chest plate, butt plate, and back) that varies from the original stormtrooper design yet is built with the same clips, etc. Does anyone remember there being a female stormtrooper at any Star Wars Weekends? I havent been able to find any references of a similar one being used but its the same construction as the other park used armor. Maybe in a random Hyperspace Hooplah or some similar show? Just trying to figure out if these pieces may have been modded by a cast member/someone after retirement. Thanks in advance for the help. Quote
gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted October 10 Report Posted October 10 I don't know about an official Disney female trooper but in the early days of FISD there were a few people who made female armor pieces, you may find that someone purchased one of these kits to add on to the Disney armor pieces Standard Star Wars weekend troopers had really large tube stripes which were very dark From your RPF post http://www.richiesarmor.com/richiesangels.html http://www.richiesarmor.com/femtrooper.html Quote
