TK -81576 reporting in! This has been an amazing journey, and one I couldn't have done without the help of a lot of great people from my local garrison. Becoming a part of this organization has been a dream of mine for such a long time, and I can't wait to start trooping. I was extremely fortunate to have several members of my local garrison work with me at armor parties, etc., helping me navigate the ins and outs and keeping me from throwing up when I may (or may not have) made the wrong cuts haha.

I purchased my TK kit from RS Propmasters and spent the past several months completing the build. This has been an extremely satisfying and awesome adventure, and I can't wait to start on the next one!

Thank you. I will definitely be spending more time on these forums growing and learning; it's been a great resource for sure and I'm honored to finally be a part of it.

I will definitely be submitting my photos in the future for possible higher consideration (Hopefully), as well. (I kind of got the bug now, haha).

Wow, it looks great!:jc_doublethumbup:

The only thing that strikes me is the sniper's knee, which seems a bit detached, and maybe the width of the biceps covers...

The position of the belt, it's great... I can tell you've done your homework before mounting the armor:duim:

The Emperor will be proud of you, Trooper.

Congratulations Matthew!

Thanks.

I really do value and appreciate your feedback. This build (and getting approval) has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I really wanted to represent my TK as best as I possibly could. But, I know there's always room for improvement. The bicep armor was actually one of the more challenging pieces because of my size. I'm 6'-0" and 225 lbs. I had to get a little creative with them in order to widen them enough to fit my arms while keeping the cover strips within spec width. Wasn't easy, lol.

Looking great! My local members with RS love their kit and I do too. Going for higher levels is definitely super rewarding, and I always recommend it soon after basic since your armor will only be more difficult to maintain over time. Plus you'll learn details you never knew about which I think is really cool.

Also if you haven't already now that you're approved go ahead and request "stormtrooper" access on this link:

Make sure when you request access in your comment to use post link with your TK ID and request (I edited the link for you here):

There's some cool stuff in the forums now that you're a stomrtrooper. Fun merch opportunities and troop tracking here:

Welcome and glad to have you aboard!
