shoulder strapping

hello all, I'm having a  bit of trouble finding references for shoulder strapping. I'm making an ANH stunt. 

but were does the strap for the shoulder connect to the torso? I've heard there's no strap between bicep and bell tho right? I appreciate any help thank you!
