So I am getting some thigh rotation when I walk. Is there anyway to combat this? I was thinking about putting a couple of pieces of EVA foam on the inside. Any other suggestions?

What I did with good result is to add a piece of velcro to the shin and boot like bellow . No shin rotation any more.

Foam in your armor is always a good idea if something doesn't fit quite right. Something else that I've seen once or twice was if the thighs were turning because the thigh strapping slipped inwards:

Like this, with the red as the thigh strapping and the turquoise as the belt. If that was the reason for the thigh rotation, fixing the thigh straps to a certain point at the belt (for example with a snap or velcro) would help keep the thigh in position:

Hope you find something that works for you, good luck! :jc_doublethumbup:

That makes sense. Ill have to try it on tonight to see where that strapping is. If memory serves, I think the alignment is off
