ANH mobility cuts on the shins

Looking at making the mobility cuts on the backs of the shins (see pic). I want to make sure its good for basic approval before I go cutting.

Hi David,

 

The crl don't specifies the mobility cut For basic level but for Centurion Level

 

CRL L3:  Any mobility cuts on back of piece do not go past raised ridges.

Just wondered if these cuts were for added mobility?  one of makers kit I had never needed any cuts and walking was fine, another makers kit however I had to sand it down a little at a time between testing, till it became comfortable, luckily not deep & still above the Line recommended expertly by Mario.
