Finished strapping the main body parts and there is definitely a gap between the kidney and ab plate, but I’m okay with it for basic approval for now.  Other than that things seem to fit pretty well.

Just fitted again with the belt almost complete (just waiting for drop boxes and thermal detonator to finish glueing).  Other than that I think the body armor  is almost set other than a few minor things .

You may want to bring that belt up a little more.

The top of the ABS belt shall sit at or just above the bottom of the central and vertical ab button panels.  A slight overlap is suggested, but not required

Also the angled ends of your plastic belt look a little large, you may want to trim the ends.

For Level 3, the corners of the plastic ammo belt shall be trimmed at a 45 degree angle that meets the outer edge of the cloth belt.

Just wondering if other troopers on the shorter side who have the RS kit had issues with bending their legs due to the thighs.  Should I trim more off the top to fit me better?  Will this help the thighs and shins fit better?  Thank you!

You can trim the thighs a little to best fit. It's important to make the cut in a manner that you keep the ANH style, this means

that you just not cut the top section only .  Bellow images can illustrate better what I'm trying to say.

The white line shows how you should cut, not a straight line  around .

Awesome!  I’ll make sure to make marks with a pencil before proceeding.  When it comes to trimming the back of the thigh near the but should I do that same thing?

into the thread explains that section too.  good luck,

PD. If you want you can post the photos prior to trim to be sure it's ok.   :salute:

Awesome!  Thanks!  I made a contraption that should mark about .5-.6 of an inch line to trim.  I may trim slightly less than that but it should be a good guide.  Just wanted to check to see if these pencil line look alright.
