Well.  I’m about to undertake building my TK armor.  I have found the threads here extremely helpful.  I need a helmet as I only have an Fx one for now.  I’ll keep you posted

I’m trying to do a new hope hero costume.  I’m sitting down looking at my shoulder and arms now.

Looks like you have some large coverstrips, normally these are @15mm wide (unless you need more room)

 

 

Bicep elastic is normally glued and a little lower
