How to use velcro on AP calves?

I'm building an AP armour, and wonder how I should put the velcro on my calves. I'm making ANH strips like in Stukatroopers tutorial. Do I use strips on the back of the calves, or do I just overlap the pieces like you would on an FX?

Yes, I've ofc used strips on the front, I was wondering about the backside.

25mm for the back of the shin, outside edge glued only.

If you follow Peter's (Stukatrooper) fantastic tutorial you shouldn't have too many problems

Glue only the left edge of the finishing strip for your left calve and the right edge of the strip

for the right calve.Then apply heavy duty velcro to the overlap.
