Sly11[Admin] Posted August 17, 2021 Report Posted August 17, 2021 Oh very nice I just noticed in your photos of the forearms you are missing the grey dot or bolt on the picatiny rails. This can be a decal so you can alternate between TFA and TLJ with the same costume part currently. I'd have to check but this might be the same for your other application for TLJ. OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): On the ridged rail the third retaining button head closest to elbow is to be painted grey or is a grey decal. 1 Quote

TKSpartan[Staff] Posted December 11, 2021 Report Posted December 11, 2021 Hi Ardeshir, and thank you for your EIB application! CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All required photos have been submitted, and on behalf of the entire D.O. staff we are pleased to welcome you to the rank of Expert Infantry. Congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly; In this area we review observations made by your fellow troopers and the DO team. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. Note that we consider both text (CRL) and pictures (screen caps/reference images) when reviewing submissions. Starting from top, your neck seal looks great and it has the requested number of ribs . As we are referring to the TLJ accuracy , ideally the zipper should be in the front section. Reference Images We have and easy dressing adjustment to look the very best on your armor, and is that your shoulder bells looks riding a little over the shoulders line and looking at the back section they could be turned a bit to cover a bit more the gasket. The biceps could be a little higher as you can see in the reference images. I know you can deal with this in a great manner due to your TFA ( you told it's the same) looks is in great shape. Reference Images Reference Images Looking at your forearms, they looks more like Finn's on EP VII TFA. This is just a suggestion for you to take in consideration. Finn's TLJ TLJE Moving down, we noted that your butt plate could be trimmed a little more straight lines to get that TLJ look, also, your left thigh is overlapping your butt plate a little so you may want to lower it down and by the way avoid some armor bite. Reference Images Another small detail noted is the shorts are bunching up around the cod piece. Not a big deal but you may want to consider it. Reference Images *************************************************** Centurion Requirements; In this section we prepare you for Centurion. Because Centurion photos show more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Centurion might be seen there and not here and additional photos may be required. We try to point out all that we can from what we see, but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. Lets start from the TD. Even though your TD mount and TD plate shows a thin line and it's not specifically mentioned in the CRLs (not yet) they must be clearly 2 separate components. Reference Images And That's all Ardeshir. Welcome to your #7 EIB , and we'll be waiting for your Centurion app soon !! 5 Quote

Reference Images And That's all Ardeshir. Welcome to your #7 EIB , and we'll be waiting for your Centurion app soon !! Thank you everyone. Just for reference. The zipper is in front. Please take a closer look. Also, I know for a fact and first hand for future reference that the zipper is not in front because it was specific circumstances that the zipper went up front. It was a dressing issue and I can’t discuss it any further. The zipper is in the rear though. I can message privately what it was. firearm changes will be made in supplemental photos. TD is two actual separate pieces. It’s not simulated and I’ll post detail photos. shiukder adjustments are easy but that’s just a dressing issue. not much I can do about rhe shirts to be honest with you. I’ve tried hahaha. the thighs I will cut but it will be supplemental photos. As I won’t have time to take new ones for centurion but I’ll mark and show changes. thank you to the entire DO team again for everything. Quote
