I'm working on a converting an old ATA kit to sandy for a friend. The forearms look a little off but they were approved at the time. Will these work for basic approval for a Sandy?

This is the front of forearms according to the markings, it looks off to me and I think I need to cut them or flip them to the back.

I would contact your GML as some are a little more lenient than others when it comes to approvals.

 

Not sure what was going on with those forearms, here are my ATA which do have the angle not stepped like those you show.

Cutting that section shouldn't be a problems, screen references:
