Should I go with the Kind that rubies used to make that P.O.S. deluxe stormtrooper armor with? I want something flexible and durable and long lasting. Quote

SuperTrooper Posted October 22, 2008 Report Posted October 22, 2008 While I don't know much about forming plastic, I do know that anything containing vinyl, even PVC, is very toxic when heated. I'd stick to ABS or HIPS/styrene. Quote
VacTrooper Posted November 15, 2008 Report Posted November 15, 2008 he's right. PVC is NASTY stuff. don't use it to form aromr. use ABS. now, ABS is also pretty narly, so ventilate your work space... HIPS is the friendlier stuff. Quote
