Great work and very impressive building skills. If I was to pick I would suggest sizing down the chest plate a little, it is a tad on the large size

alright, as per the advice of gmrhodes13 (Glen) and ukswrath (Tony) I trimmed the chest at the top. I've decided not to trim the biceps cause, well I'm lazy lol

first I ripped off the shoulder straps

then I trimmed off about an inch around the neck and two top points

then re-glued the shoulder straps

then I heat shaped it a little bit

then I tried it on with the rest of the armor, along with the new boots!

Sizing is looking better, you just need to get the bottom of the chest to move backwards more towards the ab plate, the chest is sticking out quite a bit there

Yeah, I took note of that. Would ROTK style straps connecting the chest to the backplate help do you think?

On plastic armor straps from the ab to the chest are usually enough but the may not be enough for foam so side straps may need to be added.

Fantastic job

The chest/ab straps look as if they could be reduced a little as they are quite long which may help, but side straps would definitely do the trick

I found these brass heads and I cut a piece of craft foam for the holster.

added velcro to the neck seal, so now the neck seal is done!

so now I just need to finish up the holster parts. Im also thinking of adding a bit more padding in the helmet, then I'll be done?!?!:shok:

then cut slits in the holster and slid the tabs of the brass heads into them

and the craft foam was adhesive backed, so I just stuck it on.

and on second thought, I've decided to do what Ukswrath (Tony) suggested, and shorten the biceps, so that's what I'll do. please feel free to criticize, and tell me if I should change anything for accuracy.
