New guy here. Always been a fan of the empire's boys in white. I have absolutely no kit at the moment. Researching and trying to decide the best for me. I'm 6'2". 235 pounds. So I know it's going to take some effort. Joined at TKSpartan's invite. Thanks for having me.

Welcome, Robert! As others have said these forums are the best place to get started.

If you are on Facebook, we have a group for those looking to connect in Texas - when we can gather safely again I'm sure we'll have some in person armor building parties so you can see the armor in person. https://www.facebook.com/groups/296336407050926/?ref=share

Feel free to PM me with any questions! I'm close by in Allen. We have a very active group here in North Texas.

Good luck w the build!

Welcome to the FISD, Robert.  You've come to the right place for all things stormtrooper.  The links the others have provided are a great place to start.  There's a ton of info here, so ask plenty of questions if gets overwhelming.  Good luck!

Hi, Robert!  Good to see another Texas boy.  I’m in Lubbock and in the very rank beginner stage.  Doing my research!  Looking at armor options and 3D printers actually.  Keep us posted on your developments
