Red label RSPM blaster vs regular molded.

I recently placed my order for an ESB stormtrooper full commission. I chose the red label blaster because it looked like a more realistic blaster like the one from ANH. From what I can tell, the blasters on ESB look like they are all cast from a mold. If I go with the more realistic (Hero) RSPM red label blaster instead of the molded will it prevent me from gaining Centurion level in the 501st? Thanks in advance for your responses.

Posting some images could help for comparison.

 

Have you looked through the CRL as it lists 2 versions of blasters https://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TK_esb Make sure you read through the text requirements for what is required for L2 and L3
