It’s where the spat sits on the shin. It’s misleading because it looks like every other trim line. I’m waiting on another set of shins because of this. Just wanted to save you from a potential bad cut! Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Thanks for the heads up! I remembering reading something about that but I thought it was meaning something on the spats themselves! I really appreciate the advice! This is why I am going through and posting all of these pre-trimmming pictures! 1 Quote
Starkill20[501st] Posted April 26, 2020 Author Report Posted April 26, 2020 (edited) Next are pictures of the back plate. This seem pretty straight forward. I might have issues with sizing the amount on the arm areas but I'm sure I'll be able to figure it out. Face view of the back plate. Detailed view of the flash to be trimmed off. Level left side view of the back plate. Level top view of the plate. Level right view of the plate. Level bottom view of the plate. Looks like it doesn't need much trimming except for a couple of spots. Edited April 26, 2020 by Starkill20 Quote
Starkill20[501st] Posted April 26, 2020 Author Report Posted April 26, 2020 Here are pictures of the front plate. Once again not much to trim it seems, just sizing the arm holes down to an appropriate size. Face view of the plate. Bottom view of the plate. Any know how much of the edge should be taken off? Left side flash to be trimmed off. Level left side of the plate. Level top view of the plate. Level right view of the plate. Sorry about the quality of this photo. Quote
Starkill20[501st] Posted April 26, 2020 Author Report Posted April 26, 2020 Next is the yoke plate. Once again fairly obvious where I nee to trim. Like the the back plate, and the front chest plate I may need some advice on where to trim the arm holes. And I don't have it traced in the pictures but I did find the very slight trim line where it is supposed to be cut to so it can fit cleanly to the back plate. Face view of the yoke plate. Level left side of the yoke. Level top side of the yoke. Level right side of the yoke. Level bottom side of the yoke. Quote
Starkill20[501st] Posted April 26, 2020 Author Report Posted April 26, 2020 And finally picture of the accessories and stickers. I realized they aren't in this picture but I do have the two trapezoid shaped greeblies for the left shin. Right now I'm looking at getting the clips from R2Dan. And some of the stickers look useful but I haven't decided if I will be using them for some of the pill shaped slots. If anyone has any suggestions on what could be done instead of stickers please let me know! I know it was a lot of pictures to upload but I figured these could be helpful for future kit builders. It also gives all of you a chance to assist me before I make a wrong cut! Next step is trimming! 3 Quote

Anzo[TK] Posted May 17, 2020 Report Posted May 17, 2020 (edited) The backs of the belt boxes are curved because they will sit against the belt and contour to the curve of your waist better when you wear it. Edited May 17, 2020 by Anzo Quote
