Troop #1 ( #2 and #3?? Not sure if this counts as 3 troops).

 

News of possible Rebel forces gathering at Tokyo Comic Con from the Imperial Computer Network prompted a large deployment of the Japanese Garrison for three days.  This was my first troop as a new member in the JG and over the 3 days spend a total of 15 hours on patrol.  Many locals were excited to see the Empire step up to keep the peace with many exhibiting strange local fashions in celebration.  The JG CO took to the local squares main stage and spoke to the large gathered crowd of the benefits of life under the Empire and recruitment possibilities.

 

At the end of the weekend peace was maintained and the Rebel scum retreated.

 

Roll Call of deployed members taken from JG forums,  visiting members were also on hand to bring peace by choice or by force to the locals.

Boy Scouts on Yokota Air Base in Japan Star Wars themed event

 

  Good group of 501st and Rebels attended event of promotion and celebration for large group of kids with creative Star Wars theme.  Kids were given lightsaber instruction from Jedi and urged to join the dark side by observing stromtroopers resulting in minor bashing of lightsaber ( pool noodles ).

  After Live event was canceled I was asked to join the May the 4th Zoom countdown.  One of the few TK's along with other members of 501st, RL, Droid and Mandalorian groups.  Also at the end of the show was a collection of clips and my dancing one was used.  Video up on Site and Youtube.

It's been over 2 years since my last life troop with full group and it happened to be back at the Yokota Air Base for their May the 4th celebrations.  This was a combined troop with 501st, Rebel Legion and Saber Guild with a R2-D2 from Droid Builders Guild.  We moved around but brought smiles, laughs and screams from kids and adults alike.
