stukatrooper Posted September 28, 2008 Report Posted September 28, 2008 Ive had this lid for some time and wasnt sure what to do with it.I have several lids all ANH look,so decided to go for a real prop replica lid. This is my representation of the found ESB lid that Jes has just made a great video of. The lid base is a TE HDPE the decals are from mike (TK4510) trim from Troopermaster .All ref was taken from starwars helmets.com paint used was Hycote gloss white with Hycoate primer.Weathering achieved with pastals and real paint chips and scratches. The patch is a real 1977 orig. Enjoy! Quote
