Possible base for E11 build!

Can this be used as a base for E11 build ?

Yes there are a lot of Hasbro E-11 builds many with the add on Doopy Doo's resin pieces which make them a little more accurate. I also cut off and replaced the front barrel so it was the right length and had the open holes
