The areas shown by the yellow area will be covered of course, but the raised toe cap (blue arrow) may be a concern. Aradun[TK] Posted May 19, 2022 Report Posted May 19, 2022 They’re not approvable if you’re thinking of using them “as is” for a 501st Scout. The back of the boot needs to close with 25mm (1 inch) white hook and loop fastener. Those ridges on the sides and toe that Joseph pointed out above would need to be covered over too. So you’d be looking at adding vinyl to the entire boot anyway, and with these being “rain boots” the sole is probably flat with no raised heel. Quote
