My squad lost one of the strongest people I've ever known to Colon Cancer a few years ago.  In his memory, we participate in the Colon Cancer Coalitions' Get You Rear In Gear 5K event every year.  The 2021 event was a virtual 5k with in person 'closing ceremony' and I wasn't going to miss it.   Thankfully two of my Green Mountain Squad brothers were willing to join me rather last minute.  

IG80200 will forever be missed.

Kenobi here recruited the assistance of MaW Vermont's newest "Wish Kid" to rescue Chewbacca from the Stormtroopers escorting him through the building.  We got whacked with toy lightsabers.  It was a blast.
