My NEW helmet !

Hi. I've got a start on my costume now.

I recieved a Brand New Master Replicas Stormtrooper helmet in the mail last week.

So far I've tinted the lenses and improved the padding.

 

Still trying to track down some armor..........oh, and save up the money to pay for it.

were did you get the padding??? D-MAC??

 

i cant seem to find that kind of padding anywhere locally or the net

 

good job on the mods so far..

Yep, got the padding from D-Mac.

Its excellent and easy to work with.

 

I used the photo he posted on the main 501st forum as a template and went from there.

Thats looking really nice! I might have to order some of that padding, is there enough padding to do two helmets with one of the kits from D-Mac?

There's two sets of of pads in the pack that D-MAC supplies, should be enough to do 2 lids if you use is sparingly. I used both sets in one lid just because I've got a small head and went for a different layout of padding

 

Here's my lid interior with D-MAC's pads

 

 

If you are in any doubt - go for two packs (that'll give you 4 sets of pads)
