Just need the rest of the photos!! For those of you who may not be aware, I have asked Arthur to be the new ESB CRL model for the upcoming updated version, and he has agreed. Well done, sir! 3 Quote

ukswrath[Staff] Posted March 28, 2019 Report Posted March 28, 2019 Again, outstanding job on your build. If I had a suggestion it would be to replace the TD screw with the correct Pan head type. Reference photo Good luck Quote
gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted March 28, 2019 Report Posted March 28, 2019 Great work once again, a couple of tweaks I would recommend. The biceps are seen a lot lower in ESB you could move them down and reduce the gap at the elbows Ab button plate corners should be square and not rounded off Good luck with approval 1 Quote

Hello Tony, I am using a set of 4-40 pan head, I blame the fuzzy photos and the lighting for not showing it clearly. Maybe I should switch to 6-32 to size it up? Looking at the reference photo you provided, 4-40 seems a bit on the small side. Edited March 29, 2019 by giskard8 Quote

Will find a fix for it later. Corrected the button plate, just a fit here before I glue it back with E6000: 2 Quote
ukswrath[Staff] Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 It's not the size but the type. It might just be the photo. They look dome headed. Please disregard if that's incorrect. Quote
giskard8[Staff] Posted March 29, 2019 Author Report Posted March 29, 2019 A 6-32 pan head Switched 4-40 out with 6-32 : Quote
ukswrath[Staff] Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 Yep those are correct. Please disregard my earlier suggestion. Quote

None that are required for EIB or Centurion. I'd ask Paul TM, he may have exact specs, I haven't seen any reference material on this. 1 Quote
TheSwede[TK] Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 Hi Arthur and thank you for your ESB Centurion application - beautiful job We have a request before we can proceed though and per L2 CRL: OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): If rubber gloves are worn the hand plates are affixed via an elastic strap over the palm. If silk or satin gloves are worn, the hand plates have the correct visible stitching pattern using black cotton, with a five point/star pattern, equally spread out with 2 on each side and 1 in the middle front, and needs to be double stitched at each point. So, choose one of the variants and post another photo of the gloves and handguards and we can get you approved Quote
