Is a Phasma build just a FO TK painted chrome?

I realize that there’s a cape, fingers, different helmet and boots. But is everything else just the regular TK painted? It looks like that in the CRL but I was curious if I was missing some small nuances in my quick study.

TFA Phasma has different shins. Both have different cod plate (flametrooper cod). Blaster is different as well (not just paint).
