Got a small shoulder bridge question ....... I know I over sanded the the edges...... but when I re do them, I think the may over lap the actual shoulder parts........ as seen when you zoom in on my picture.....34e4ab46b172955a66771be9a96cbb29.jpg&key=9c275bc96b6c344131293927af11da86c3ad205fd115a2fcc93245f6dca7c9f1

Not sure I’m following you. (?)

It's hard to explain but I need to redo my shoulder bridges so they have an edge......

But the actual shoulder parts of the chest plate may not be wide enough to have the proper shaped shoulder bridges

where the bridges should have the edges....

See if these photos help at all.... if not I'll redo the bridges and then send photos ....eb548988df9f04e7f2754b90ebfb08d9.jpg0758aa1067328d03132a2b1b02beeb07.jpg

No worries mate. If they’re the correct ones for the armour, they should fit okay. The bridges only need a few mils.

Post it on your UKG thread when we get to that stage. :-)

should leave a few mm of edge on each side none on front of big tab and rear big tab should be completely trimmed off, the movie original had no big tab on the rear.

Update. ..... I found an assembled left bicep in the box(knew I'd seen one) but it was SDS overlap construction....... cut it open but I think it's a lost cause.. ... thanks to RWA Inow have a serious of left and right biceps and the strapping kit arrived a few weeks ago........

More trimming ahead I think i got the left and right leg parts matched up ........

Bicep and forearm are SDS overlap construction before i spoit them apart so they are to be replaced with the RWA parts1f236d24443c9e172a3e9551e690192a.jpg08fe710a6e22734e4fa26227e77342fc.jpg8e785e863a7b9e615da2fd3f6d9f0773.jpg

From that picture, looks like you have two sets of right shins.

So I have a nit of spare time so lets get back on it........ where is the best (most critical) place to start when sizing? Is it cod piece and work up to ab plate/butt piece up to kidney plate then arms and legs

Or is it best to do thighs and work down to shins then up to the body then arms?

I know what I think but just want confirmation fotm experienced builders

Cheers

Personally, I went biceps, forearms, torso, shoulder bells. Then moved down to the thighs then shins.
