FOTK armor question

What would be the best way to fix this? My FOTK is made by KB Props.

You could either glue some ABS plastic behind the crack, or some fibreglass and matting,  then sand a groove in the centre of the crack, add some bondo (auto filler), sand, prime then paint. You also could use ABS paste, add directly to the paste but it would also require sanding, primer and paint.
