Hi David, and thank you for your EI submission!  One of us will be with your shortly, but in the meantime could you post up a few more photos for us?

 

1.  Rear of helmet (Required)

2.  Cod-posterior photo showing the outside of the rivet/snaps.  (Required)

3.  Close up of tears.

4.  Close up of bottom ear screws.

5.  Please add your blaster type/maker (required).  You are also missing the charging handle:

 

You also have a few issues with your TD, mi hermano..

The plate is not centered, and the left side could use some cleaning up and gray paint

The plate also needs to be raised to where the O on the control panel faces up.

The screws you have now are are OK for EI, but you will need to change those out for level 3 to the pan head type.

First, thank you for the photos, David!  Unfortunately, those are not considered the correct "pan-head" style screws as required for level 2.  The sides of pan-head screws are relatively flat, (as Q showed inthe photos).  I would recommend asking your Garrison mates where they got the correct ones so that we can move your submission along!  As soon as you get them replaced, please include them in your thread.  Thanks!

Hi, David, just a note to let you know that we are still awaiting close up photos of your TD showing the correct screws.  At present you have 2 different types, but unfortunately neither are correct as required in the CRL for level 2.

 

As seen below, #1. is a Fillister head, #2. is a truss head.

We realize that this may seem like a small issue, but because it is specifically listed in the CRL for level 2 we must insist on the correct type before moving forward, and look forward to seeing your updated photos with the new screws.  Thank you!
