I am guessing that I want to be able to bend my elbow to 45 degrees, so this is about where I should strap the forearm to the biceps?  I have long arms, so there will be a gap.  But, if I move the forearm up any higher than this, I can't bend my arms... I'm thinking that's kind of important when it comes time to take them off  :)  Thanks!
