Hey Brandon I would just replace them. Home depot grease monkey glove are great and they're around $5 or so.

I just didn't bother with the soft parts from them with mine. I thought it was too much for things I could get or make for a quarter the cost.

Whatever you use it is recommend you perform a test on a piece of scrap first ;). Just to see the reactivity

Hey Tony he won't have scrap as he is using the latex/silicone ones.

Yea I meant to say just see how the reactivity of the chemical is. If it melts the ABS it will most likely do the same to the silicone.

Did you just cut them off the old ones and use that material to glue to?

I more pulled the hand guards off and glued them on the new ones.  I trimmed any excess old glove that may have pulled off and was not hidden underneath the glove.

great news guys, got new gloves, and carefully got both hand guards off and attached to the new gloves and they are all finished! now back to working on those legs.

quick question, I haven't started the shins yet but would it be better to wait for the boots to come in and get those measurements before i start fitting them?
