3-piece helmet suggestions

Trying to make a backup TK helmet that is a little roomier. I had this less-than-perfect TK-UK one laying around.

 

Whats the best glue/filler to make this seam in back disappear?

Hiya,

I’ve not done it myself but have heard that ABS paste is good for that. Search for abs paste here on FISD and you’ll see some examples of how to make and use it. :-)

If you take the ABS paste route little at a time if the best route. If you apply to much at a time you will cause a lot of warping to the main helmet.
