Forearms are the hardest part of the build so far.  They just don't want to stay together as they are a bit misshaped.  I tried the hot bath and quickly realized that was a bad idea.  The areas I sanded started to turn yellow.  Luckily got it back to normal.  Here is my frustrated attempt at doing them again.

Great job so far, but you need to remove more at the joint of the forearms and no return edge like movie original for a looser fit,   no curved material should be visible at joint on inner forearm part, I can send you some pics if needed.

That would be great Mark.  Having lots of fun with the build so far.  :).

Looking good Nick. Just an FYI, The cover strip material should not extend past the edge of the armor. Keep up the good work  :duim:
