You can find the one piece compression suits at Trooperbay, Chad:  https://trooperbay.com/star-wars-stormtrooper-sandtrooper-black-undersuit   Know that there are 2 schools of thought on undersuits, though.

Lots of folks prefer the one piece, but when "nature calls" during a troop you can have it a bit of trouble answering it without removing a lot of armor.  Many prefer the 2 piece, which not only makes this a bit easier, but if you damage either the top or bottom, they are easily replaced.  You can find those at most sporting goods stores, but the (much) less expensive route is Amazon.  Whichever brand you choose just make sure that there are no markings (logos) visible.

Just so you know I bought Trooperbays one piece under-suit and it’s nice. Fits well and gives the appearance of a tight fitting under suit with no overlap around the waist. It even has 2 zippers so if you do need to go you can just zip up. With that being said I’ve yet to wear it other than around my house. I’ve only done 1 troop and it was cold so I used my under armor I have for work to keep me warm. After my first troop I’ve realized armor bites, yea I was warned but it’s real now. I worry about wearing the 1 piece and the armor scratching in areas and wearing down the fabric and then yes you’ve got to pay another $100 for a new suit cause that’s what Trooperbay charges. Soooo I’ve gotten a set of separate top and bottom. I still plan on using the 1 piece cause I have it but if I was able to return it I probably would. Hope my long winded thought process helps.

Where are you getting the armor bites, Frank?  2 common areas are the forearm/bicep connection and the groin, and both are pretty easily remedied.

That would be the exact two spots

Not to hijack this thread, but if you have a few pics of those areas (armor only) we can probably eliminate the armor bite, or at least make it a lot more tolerable.  Do you still have the return edges on the tops of your thighs?

No return edges and don’t have pics. It’s 4am here and I’m at work. I will try to get some after work.

This may be a silly question, if I wear shirts that are XL, what size upper would I order???

You can also get a one piece undersuit from Extreme Racing. Coincidentally (or not), this looks like the exact same one piece that Trooperbay sells - even the description is similar.

Definitely two schools of thought (one piece vs two piece) when it comes to undersuits. I personally prefer one piece since the two piece can ride apart and separate in the back, resulting in the dreaded "trooper's crack". :laugh1:

As far as using the facilities goes, I manage that by going before I suit up and regulating my water intake based on climate conditions and how long I expect to be in kit.

I'd say a super light dive skin (skin, or even sun protection only- not one of the 2mm or higher ones, you'll end up roasting).  They're available at amazon, dive shops, dive shops online ---------- etc.), and often go on clearance and/or sale.
