Issue with posting in ongoing orders

Hello, Firstly if this is in the wrong section I apologize and request it be moved, secondly, I was trying to reply to a post about purchasing silicone hand guards that was in the ongoing orders section of the px, and there is no where I could find to do it, no reply button or post button. Is this because I am a newer member and cannot do that yet? Or some other reason? I did pm Justjoseph as that was the only option I could use to tell him I wanted to buy a pair of hand guards. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

I believe you need to have a certain number of posts before you can reply in that section. Say hi to some other new members and get that count up.
