TK 71627[TK] Posted February 5, 2019 Author Report Posted February 5, 2019 I place 3 snaps on the sides & 6 on the longer sides= 18 total snaps (36 total counting male and females) I was going to use Velcro to attach the sides.... but snaps are more secure. You must have a detachable liner on your bin, for EASY ACCESS to snap off and WASH FELT , you don’t want to store your armor and FORGET to unload and ending up smelling like gym shorts & sweat Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote

TK 71627[TK] Posted February 6, 2019 Author Report Posted February 6, 2019 I could have just SUPER GLUED the silver snap to the wall of the bin, but I decided to glue it to spare abs piece, that way the abs has MORE SURFACE to be attached to the wall = better SECUREMENT OF SNAP....I did this 18 evenly spaced times. 6 on the sides (2xs) & 3 on the edges (2xs) around the inside of my bin..Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
TK 71627[TK] Posted February 6, 2019 Author Report Posted February 6, 2019 I then get 1” foam and cut it 31”x16” ( for the bottom piece )I cut felt piece 2” lager on each side =35”x20”.I wrap it on the foam with the red felt, but manage to pin it only. You can glue it or Velcro it... I will just keep it pinned for now. EASY ACCESS for WASHING...Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote

They are little disposable disinfectant/cleaner wipes that are made by Clorox. There may be a minute amount of bleach (although they don't smell like it) but if so not enough to damage plastic. 1 Quote
TK 71627[TK] Posted February 6, 2019 Author Report Posted February 6, 2019 I then spray painted the 9/16 hexagon screws red & my 1” aluminum TD & E-11 holders black (I had left over aluminum from making my TD clips ). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
TK 71627[TK] Posted February 6, 2019 Author Report Posted February 6, 2019 I then moved on to spray painting the main panel red I left it for like 2 hours outside in the Texas sun to COMPLETELY dry !!!(Please note I had to “ball park” by eyesight what I wanted my lid to have and make room for it )Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
TK 71627[TK] Posted February 8, 2019 Author Report Posted February 8, 2019 I screwed the main panel to the top of my HUSKY lid with the red screws. TK 71627[TK] Posted February 8, 2019 Author Report Posted February 8, 2019 I then decided to keep my Husky drawer so I had to move everything 3” to the left in order for the lid could close. I left the right side empty on purpose:1). So my lid can close.2). I want to start putting pix of my troops, or decorative Star Wars stickers... Quote
