Converting from ANH to ESB

So, from what i can find, these are the changes id have to make. if i missed anything, let me know. I am concidering making the switch. Also, im guessing id have to re-apply for elite?

 

1. frown is black instead of grey

2. 4 lines on the tear traps

3. holster on right side and wrapped around the belt

4. no counter on the blaster

5. Snowtrooper handplates

 

If theres anything im missing here, let me know

I'm doing the same thing Lou. All I have left is to get a second blaster (resin one) and paint it and get the helmet (waiting on my TE2) and finish it and paint it. After that I am going to be submitting pics for ESB elite! I was thinking of doing a ROTJ trooper but I have other costumes that need to be taken care of.

heh yea, im still toying with this idea. noithing set in stone yet. Im going to be starting fett within the next few weeks so thats taking priority, but i have a feeling ill eaither go ESB or sandy with the TK in the future, just not sure how far in the future that may be.

You guys need to go back to trooper school!

 

Don't you know to make a truly accurate ESB helmet you need to stick a dirty great big fabric "Star Wars" patch to the rear of the helmet!

At the moment I have a FX, but now I want to upgrade to ESB instead.

First of all welcome to the FISD, you may want to introduce yourself so that everyone

can get to know you over in the introductions section.

 

Second, ESB armour was basically the same as the ANH, so you don't have to change your FX

(unless you want to that is )

Most of the subtle changes have been listed in this post so all you would really need to do

is apply these to your existing armour and you would be good to go.

 

The only thing that I would recommend would be to upgrade your helmet if you are using

an FX.

Take a look around on the board and you have a better idea of the alternatives available.
