Not easy to get them that close , unless you've done it many times before.

Well with the snow today I finally managed to finish putting the second ear on.

Pics attached. Just trimming the bottom. Then painting.





Any thoughts on if I need to take more off the ears?

I would take of everything that looks like it is flashing from the vacuforming, like this:

 

It's a bit crummy, but the best I could do on my mobile. I hope it gives an idea, what I mean.
