illusionz_09[TK] Posted December 1, 2017 Report Posted December 1, 2017 Looking good! My only critique would be that the mic tips should be white (not that it affects EIB approval) Good Luck, should be quick. Quote
Harbinger[IPM] Posted December 1, 2017 Report Posted December 1, 2017 Mic tip mesh, if you choose to replace, is also incorrect. PS: Might want to put some foam/felt on the backside of those chicago screws on your holster, or you're likely to chew up your kidney plate. Learned that one the hard way... Quote

Thanks for the “tips” ( pun intended, LOL)I did not realize that the tips should be white. Just the front edge or should the onside be white too?I will TCO before L3 application :-)Sent from my Imperial TK communicator Quote

I actually just put a mesh order in with Tony since I have been looking for a while for the correct mesh on sieves and strainers with no luck. Awesome idea about padding the Chicago screws!! I never thought about that!!! Sent from my Imperial TK communicator Quote

ukswrath[Staff] Posted December 6, 2017 Report Posted December 6, 2017 Hey Jim thank you for applying for EIB. CRL and EIB Application Requirements:All the required submission photos have been posted. Very nice job on your build. Your armor meets all EIB requirements, Andrew and myself would like to welcome you to Expert Infantry Brock Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor and accuracy. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections. Again, these are suggestions and recommendations. The accuracy is ultimately up to you. We have a few areas to go over here starting with the helmet ear screws. All the ear screws are the same "V" head type. It looks like you replace the upper two screws thank you, now we're recommending you replace the lower ear screw as well so they're all the same. Reference photo Vcoder lines could use a little more definition as seen in the provided reference photo. A little touch up is in order in the following areas. Reference photo As you already know the Hovi tip screens should be of a heavier weave, and as you stated you'll have them ready for Centurion. Thinking ahead, we like it! Reference photo Next up is the shoulder bell gap. There should be minimal gap between the shoulder bells and chest/back plates. This may be a simple photo issue, if not do the best you can to bring these in as close as possible. Reference phoito On to the arms. Not a huge deal but the left bicep and forearm alignment is off. Also, both have differences in gaps between the biceps and forearms. This could be a simple photo issue but worth mentioning none the less. Same for the posterior, not a big deal but your left cheek is popping out a but. It should reside directly under the kidney. Reference photo Centurion Suggestions: In this section we prepare you for your Centurion application if you choose to apply. If there were any areas of concern they would be discussed here. The only area of concern at this time is your blaster, it's not acceptable at Centurion. It will need to be replaced with something more accurate. That's it, great job. Hope to see you at Centurion.
