I'm Batman[501st] Posted November 8, 2017 Report Posted November 8, 2017 Hi all. Looking for some help from primarily my UK family. Has anyone had any dealing with this online watch store? They also appear to have a physical address (9 Warwick Road, Kenilworth). https://www.firstclasswatches.co.uk/casio-edifice-bluetooth-mens-black-dial-red-accents-eqb-501xd-1aer-p-39964/ The prices are super cheap. Maybe too cheap. Just a little concerned that they may be Chinese knock-offs and not legit. Any tips or feedback would be hugely appreciated Ian Quote
themaninthesuitcase[Admin] Posted November 8, 2017 Report Posted November 8, 2017 They appear to be a legitimate business. The company number matches whats on Companies House and searching on google maps shows a retail shop with the names from the website on the property at the address on the website. Whether the stuff they sell is legitimate is a separate concern, and "too good to be true" would be my go to. That said could be a clearance retailer, there's a fair few about. Maybe contact them to see what comms is like, in case of any issue. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/06197115 https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@52.3423936,-1.5788785,3a,75y,83.7h,94.37t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sIq5XKt8dXCGIoYK7tN4xUA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656?hl=en Quote
I'm Batman[501st] Posted November 8, 2017 Author Report Posted November 8, 2017 Thanks Chris. Of course, I could have just rang Casio Head Office direct.... which I did. Yes, they are an authorised Casio retailer. I also rang the company and they just said they try to give the best possible prices they can. Seems legit. 1 Quote
