New TK and Hopefully Soon to be HWT

Just got my TK Stunt 501st approval over this weekend (TK 99427) and moved swiftly to send my Garrison GML my HWT pics.

I just PM'd him about that, LOL, and the fact that the armor could use a little "dirty love".  Looking forward to having another HWT in the ranks!!!

Did you upgrade your belt? How did you attach the waist pouches to the belt?

Hey!

 

I ordered a separate canvas belt and ammo ABS strip and made a new belt (without the drop boxes and holster as per the CRL).  I epoxied two bent 1" aluminum bars to the back of the pouches (sort of like a larger version of the TK canister) so it's just easy on/off.  I attached some velcro so as not to scratch the armor.  They are not permanently attached to the belt.  I don't take credit for the idea - it was Justjosoph63.
