Storm Trooper Programable Voice Lines

I have been looking at a lot of good stuff about voice changers but after a recent trip to Disneyland and hanging out with the stormtroopers there, I noticed they just used pre recorded voice lines. Is there and product out there that offers a at least decent quality way to do something like that?
