Coming along nicely, I concur those sharp little edges can give you some nasty bites, a little wet/dry sandpaper just to knock the edges off.

first try with the snaps, ABS plates are not yet glued, I think to shorten the shoulder elasticity near the bridges, to see less black, and raise a little forearms, what do you think?

Today arrived the new boots from england, and surprise it’s a 10uk, but I’ve order a 12uk, other time lose other time to wait and ended this armour

Thx buddy, I’m using 20 magnets 10mm x 10mm 8kg strong and it’s good, and have other 10 magnets 15mm x 3mm more light 2/3kg but better the first

Try to assembled all the part, but I have to fix better the shoulders probably biceps and forearms are to heavy and leave to much black between chest and shoulders

Tonight I stuck the frown on my teeth, with a double-sided, transparent, very strong ribbon, for the moment it seems to have been pretty good, I placed strips of about 5 mm on the perimeter, and pieces on my teeth transversely, I hope tomorrow I get the troopacoola fans, so I can also mount those, I added the padding, I think, to add two more pieces over the lenses, but look for new lenses to evaluate the measurements well.

Today were arrived the boots, I’ve order TK boots, becouse I have a big foot my number is 13us, I start to cut and glued the calf, the magnet for one glued are more than the other parts, and I have to proceded slowly, one by one left calf are the first

Tonight I’ve ended the belt, I’ve glued the drop box and the cover for the single cap of the belt





Then I’ve fix the ammo on the right thigh, only with the single cap, next time when I try to walk I decide if I’ve to use a little of e6000 on the ammo to block it in position











Than I’ve use the epoxy filler tixo to create a support for the switch of the fan and the powerbank, paint with the plastidip, and glued with the e6000





And glued the front of the left shin
