Sure is..slow but with work kids etc I think I'm doin alright.in no rush.hope to finish Velcro snaps and strAps next few days.test fit and painting

I've just finished the strapping on mine and I've done mine just off the front ridge line.

I based mine on where the straps drop down from the harness I got from Teresa @ Geeky Pink Gaskets.

So decals..I'm coming to end of painting.,do I decal first then clear coat or clear coat and then decal??

I added decals after the clear coat, the paint can sometimes soften the adhesive if you clear coat after decals are applied.

Had a quick suit up...have some issues with snaps...I might replace wit magnets..have a lot spraying left..boots...belt kit needs nuking .but slowly getting there..

Hey Daniel

 

I did cut my thighs but not in length. I had to resize my thighs so they were not rattling about on my legs.

You can see from this image that I cut down the back and removed excess material before glueing in a strip of ABS then filling and sanding the outside before paint.
