Ok, will get a family member to take a trip to Walgreens xD  Yeah I those cracks aren't good. It keeps on getting me concerned honestly, I'm afraid that at the end of every troop it's going to have cracks forming.

are your cracks on the fiberglass itself or it is on the bondo?

The fiberglass. I put 2 part epoxy putty on it last night, and so far it seems to be doing the trick.

I've done that on other parts of the armor and no further cracks have shown up.

What is the remedy of this?

Do the 5 minute 2 part epoxy gorilla glue. Make sure it's in a decent temperature room. I've learned the hard way by leaving the epoxy outside in the cold.

Spread open the cracks enough to get the epoxy in it, then put some extra over the crack. Let it sit for 24 to 48 hours. I found it doesn't absolutely fully garden until then.

How did you mask off the teeth to paint it? I always have problems painting that spot.

I did not mask while painting the teeth... i just used enamel paint, brush painting and removing excess paint with enamel thinner.

How did you attach the sides to the chest plate and back plate? Is one permanent?

I attached them using industrial strength velcro

Be careful closing and peeling tge velcro wgen using the armor closures. My chest got cracks from flexing too much to get tge velcro unattached.

I was thinking about that. I may use a weaker velcro so it's easier to separate.

I was thinking that maybe using magnets instead of velcro  might stop it flexing?

Maybe you are using a large piece of the velcro... mine is just a thin strip.
