It depends on what you want to do with it.  Personally, I wouldn't spend my money on it as it is very thin armor and prone to cracking .  Also would need a lot of work to get a shine out of it.  Not so sure if you could get it accepted for use in the 501st. 

Like I said it depends on what you are wanting to do with it. 

It might take more time any money to get it accepted for use.

There are probably  some other reasons why not to buy,but you will have to decide that based on what you want to do with it.

Hi Gary. Yeah I would stay away from MOT. It's very cheap and thin styrene.  Check out the vetted seller thread. Also I saw recently that MTK was doing a very nice deal on eBay. Probably the only armor being offered on eBay right now that's worth every penny.

i like! The guy says he's a member of the 501st. It's abs, not styrene, which I've read is better for storm trooper armor. If u guys say yes, then I will do it

I'm looking for a kit that will be approved by the 501st. I definitely don't want to jump the gun and invest in a junk kit. Thank you guys for the input and fast response you guys are awesome

MTK is a good kit. Mike is a member and also has TrooperBay.com for other bits. Also in that range is WTF.(Walt's Trooper Factory) you have to find them on Facebook and sign up to there page to communicate the easiest.
